Climb Description

Coll de Pradell is an extension from the top of the Coll de Trapa - a fairly gentle and easy climb which runs along the B-400 road between Gosol and Guardiola de Bergueda. This is the easiest way to climb to the top of the Pradell, with the gradients significantly less steep than on the two routes from the east.

The scenery is pleasant, but is largely forested so there are no really spectacular views.

Coll de Pradell can be closed at times in the winter due to snow. It is nearly always open from mid-April to November.

Roads & Traffic

The road surface is in very good condition and there is very little traffic on the climb.

Alternative Routes

Coll de Pradell can be climbed from Guardiola de Bergueda and also from Sant Corneli.
