Booking on a Tour

Booking one of our cycling holidays is quite a simple process. On this page we will let you know more about the process, and what you can expect regarding payments and other important information, such as our cancellation policy.

Completing the Reservation Form

Once you have identified the cycling holiday that you would like to go on, please fill in the reservation form. A link to this can also be found on the itinerary page of each tour and also on the Tour Calendar.

If you have any questions about the tour, you can either include them on the reservation form, or send us the query through our contact form.

A separate reservation form should be completed for each person. If you are not sure about some of the options yet (for example, regarding bike hire or accommodation), you can change it later, so just select the most likely option.

As part of the reservation form, you will need to confirm that you agree to the terms and conditions and also that you have Travel Insurance, which covers cycling holidays.

Once you have sent the reservation form, we will confirm availability of the tour (usually within 24 hours). You will then be required to pay the tour deposit (€150) to complete the reservation.

Making Payments

The deposit should be paid within a week of us confirming the booking, in order to guarantee the tour reservation. This can be paid by credit/debit card or by bank transfer; we will send you the details with the booking confirmation so that you can pay securely.

The balance payment is due six weeks before the start of the holiday. You don't have to mark the date in your diary though; we will get in touch a couple of weeks beforehand and send you the invoice for the balance.

We will be in touch several times before the tour, not only to arrange payments, but also to confirm your flight details and to discuss the options if you wish to customize the holiday in any way.

Cancellation Policy

The initial deposit of €150 is non-refundable. The balance is partly refundable, depending on how long before the start of the holiday you let us know of the cancellation.

For the most up to date details of this - please check our terms and conditions.

For complete peace of mind, we recommend ensuring that you have cancellation cover in your Travel Insurance policy.

Before the Tour

In the days before the start of the tour, we will be in regular contact with you to confirm arrival details, as well as any other last minute changes. We can also send you the electronic form of our routes, so that you can follow the routes on your phone or GPS unit if you wish.

We will then pick you up at the arrival point and the holiday will be well and truly underway!

If you have any questions about the booking process, payments or our terms and conditions, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us. It is important to us that you feel secure in making a reservation with Cycle Fiesta, so we are always happy to help with any queries or clarifications.
