Climb Description

Vall de Gallinera is a very long and very gentle cycling climb in the north of the Alicante province. It is the gateway to many other excellent climbs and is a popular route with both local and professional riders.

It passes through several small villages of the Gallinera valley, which is home to large amounts of cherry, orange and almond trees, making for some picturesque and fragrant riding, depending on the season that you visit.

The climb is open throughout the year.
