Climb Description
This is a very short and gentle climb up to the boundary of the Somiedo Natural Park. The tougher ascent is from the north side, but this side is also good to include as part of a longer ride.It is the gateway to the Somiedo Mountains - one of the most impressive Natural Areas in Spain, and home to the largest population of brown bears in Western Europe.
This is a really pleasant climb to enter the Somiedo Natural Park

The road is in very good condition and there is little traffic throughout the climb.
