Climb Description

Puerto de Cotefablo is a really enjoyable cycling climb with fine views looking into the fabulous Ordesa National Park. The climb from Broto is quite irregular with a plateau in the middle, giving you plenty of opportunity to appreciate the beautiful surroundings.

Cotefablo is open throughout the year, although short term closures are possible in the winter following snowfall.

Roads & Traffic

The road is in very good condition.

There is little traffic throughout the climb. Take care on the tunnels if you plan to continue over the top and descend to Biescas.

Alternative Routes

Cotefablo can also be climbed from the west, starting in Biescas.
