Climb Description

Sella di Razzo is an enjoyable ascent in the Carnic Alps. It has been used several times in the Giro d'Italia race, but is rarely decisive as its gentle gradients are not very conducive to attacks.

This ascent runs parallel to Sella Ciampigotto and is an easier, but slightly less interesting alternative.

Sella di Razzo is best climbed from May to October.

Roads & Traffic

The road surface is in very good condition throughout and their is little traffic.

Alternative Routes

Sella di Razzo can also be climbed from the west, starting in Lozzo di Cadore. From this side it is essentially the same climb as Sella Ciampigotto.
