Productos Turísticos y Viajes Combinados (Rutas Organizadas)
Son paquetes comerciales, excursiones guiadas o experiencias de turismo activo organizadas y comercializadas de forma expresa por la agencia. Estos servicios se identifican claramente con un botón de compra/reserva, un precio comercial cerrado, condiciones específicas de contratación y están cubiertos por nuestro seguro de Responsabilidad Civil de Agencia de Viajes y la normativa del Decreto 4/2024 de la Comunitat Valenciana.
4.5 Exención de Responsabilidad Específica para Senderismo y Montaña
Las descripciones, mapas y archivos de seguimiento (tracks GPS) de rutas de senderismo publicados en el blog tienen un carácter meramente orientativo.
Asunción de Riesgo
El senderismo en el medio natural implica riesgos inherentes imprevisibles (desprendimientos, cambios meteorológicos, pérdida de cobertura). El usuario realiza las rutas bajo su única y exclusiva responsabilidad.
Falta de Garantía de Actualización
Las marcas de los senderos (PR o GR) y el estado del terreno varían constantemente. La empresa no se hace responsable de las modificaciones que las autoridades o la erosión natural causen en el itinerario original.
Condición Física y Equipamiento
