Climb Description

Col d'Osquich is a relatively short and easy climb in the Basque Pyrenees. From this side it is commonly ascended towards the end of the first day on the Pyrenees Coast to Coast route, and generally serves as a warm up ahead of bigger tests to come.

The scenery is pleasant rolling green hills, rather than high mountains.

Col d'Osquich is open throughout the year.

The road surface is in good condition throughout the climb and there is little traffic throughout the climb.
