Climb Description

Uitzi from Lekunberri is a steady climb in the northern part of the Navarra region. The ascent is largely forested, meaning there are no spectacular views; however, it is a nice climb to include as part of a longer route. The climb, like so many in this part of Spain, is used at times in the Tour of the Basque Country Cycling race.

Uitzi is open throughout the year.

Roads & Traffic

The road is in good condition throughout and there is little traffic on this climb.
